Despite continued market sluggishness the Frankfurt-based company was able to increase both turnover and operating profit. Average occupancy rates increased by 1.7 percent to 63 percent, thereby reaching their highest levels since 1991. Yield was up 2.1 percent or 1.01 Euros to 48.29 Euros.
